Manufactured in 1988, with "II" date code on the left side of the magazine well and an importer mark on the right. Features hooded blade front and four-position drum rear sights, birdcage flash hider, "II6M" marked barrel, "IH511" bolt, "IC" bolt carrier, and "0/1" color coded fire selector. Fitted with textured polymer triangular handguard, pistol grip, and fixed buttstock, along with a "7,62x51/IH" marked magazine. With the furniture and majority of metal surfaces (except the barrel, flash hider, and internals), including the magazine, enhanced with a desirable factory disrupted brown/green NATO woodland camouflage paint scheme, which was purportedly added to only 300 HK 91 rifles. Includes a cardboard shipping sleeve with a H&K Inc. label, Styrofoam insert fitted to the rifle, and a green web sling.
Condition
Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus original NATO woodland camouflage finish with some limited minor scuffing to the paint on the butt; otherwise, limited handling evidence. Mechanically excellent. The box is fair, with lost ends and damage to the Styrofoam.
