"US./JH/P" (US is faint) stamped on the breech of the barrel, an eagle head above "A. WATERS/MILBURY. MS./1837" on the center of the lock, and oval script cartouches stamped on the left stock flat.
Condition: Good with scattered light to mild pitting. Stock is also good with a reattached repaired split visible, and some scratches and dents. Modern replacement front lock screw, ramrod and ramrod retainer. Broken mainspring, mechanically needs work.
