Manufactured c. early 21st century, after the company moved to Le Claire, Iowa, in 2008. Features Tritium insert blade front and "LBC" marked Novak pattern notch rear sights, a blued barrel marked "BAER 45 MATCH" on the polished chamber hood, slanted serrations at the front and rear of the slide, the Bear Custom marking on the left side along with the "TR SPECIAL" designation and "lightning bolt/shield" crest marked on the right side of the slide, the two-line Le Claire address on the right of the frame above the "MTP" prefix two-digit serial number "00090", and a checkered front strap. Fitted with serrated long adjustable trigger, checkered slide catch, elongated thumb safety, skeletonized hammer, extended beavertail grip safety, a flat checkered mainspring housing, and a pair of double diamond pattern flush checkered grips with "lightning bolt/shield" crests in the center. Magazine absent.
Condition
Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish with some minor cycling wear on the barrel, limited minor handling evidence, attractive wood grain coloration, along with crisp markings, slide serrations, and grip frame checkering. Mechanically excellent.
