Factory Engraved Weatherby Custom Mark V Bolt Action Rifle

Manufactured between 1995 and 2004. Blued barrel manufactured without sights, two bands at the muzzle and chamber (gold outer ring and silver inner ring), and caliber marking on the left of the chamber. The action, scope rings, and bolt shroud display broad gold borders with silver floral scroll on a black background inside. The floorplate displays a matching motif to the action with the floral scroll surrounding a scene of a bear standing upright in a wooded scene. The action is marked with the model and manufacturer markings on the left and serial number on the right of the ring. Mounted atop the action is a Leupold VX-3 3.5-10x50mm scope. The barrel and action is mounted in a beautifully figured multipoint checkered walnut stock with contrasting forend and grip caps, engraved diamond plaque on the grip cap, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and solid brown Decelerator recoil pad.

Condition: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, and crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Optics clear, reticle crisp.
